Top 9 things I am absolutely loving going into February 2025

1. Grapefruit Juice

Started drinking a shot before/after breakfast and it is so tasty.

2. Gossip Girl

I just started watching this show on Christmas break with my sister. Now it is one of the shows I think I will actually take the time to finish on Netflix. It is good to cheer you up or to watch with friends. I am hoping it carries me until summer when I will not have time to watch it. Serena is my favorite character right now but I am only onto season 2.

3. Pilates

I just started pilates for the first time in my life at the WRKT studio downtown Chattanooga and it has completely changed my life. It has helped my mental health & gave me so much more confidence and energy. Besides walking my dog & running occasionally I have not tried any physical hobby since soccer in high school...4 years ago. It was time for a change and this was one worth making. I have met so many nice girls and hope to become better because I love it. I would surf if I lived near the ocean but this will have to do for now. Yes a monthly membership is a lot of money to some people but it is an expense worth investing into yourself.

4. Letters

After talking to a lady at a coffee shop in January that I saw writing 5-10 letters. I realized that I did not have a single one of my friends addresses? I feel like this is becoming or already is the normal for people my age which is sad. I am going to try to write one letter a month. It could be for someone that you give to in person or a friend that you have not talked to in quite sometime. Maybe you could even make a card yourself like my best friend Sophia gave to me. Take the time to send love out this month!

5. Lupi's Pizza

This pizza place I would eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pizza bros might be some peoples new favorite pizza place but I am a foodie and this is a special place. The goat cheese pizza is something you would want to try. Also very hippie vibes in there which I enjoy which is weird because that is not me at all.

6. Cocokind Products

Link

I have been using these products for a few months now & it has kept my skin glowing. I usually would just wash my face & use aloe vera growing up. I still do but now I have developed a skin care routine. Less is always more.

  • Organic Chia Face Oil (AM)
  • Matcha all over moisture stick ( keep in car )
  • Postbiotic Acne Serum (AM & PM)
  • Ceramide Recovery Balm (AM)

7. Canned Soup

Fast & easy dinner option. I used to NEVER want to eat canned soup because of my childhood trauma with it. There is actually some really good kinds & options out there. I would say try it again & see what flavor/brands you could end up loving for lunch/dinner.

8. Oura ring

I have had my Oura ring now for almost a year. I lost it only once but I found it. It is definitely worth the money & daily wearing it is easy. It has helped me with my life & body balance. Apple watches cannot compare and it is cute & not tacky. I mostly use it for my steps, sleep, and stress resilience.

9. Facemasks

This has became my new every other Sunday night ritual. I get a organic YUKA approved face mask so my skin looks & feels glowing. It is a good 10-20 min time to take to yourself. I got my last favorite one at Target!
